About Katherine SopranosKatherine Sopranos is a talented executive communications strategist, public relations specialist, writer, and editor who has contributed her expertise to several prominent Chicago corporations during her more than 20-year career. She has garnered experience in many facets of corporate communications, including executive management-level communications and strategic planning, media training, and change management. Additionally, she has advised on strategy for earnings presentations, meetings, and speeches.
At Boeing, Ms. Sopranos managed internal and executive communications, as well as special projects for the defense business. She also supported a number of key public relations initiatives, including the 787 Dreamliner. At both Tribune Company and Northern Trust, she was responsible for media relations, which included drafting and executing strategic communications plans and materials for corporate activities, such as acquisitions, divestitures, financial earnings, and investments. Katherine Sopranos received her Bachelor’s degree in French and Liberal Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington. Subsequently, she earned her Master’s degree in Writing from DePaul University in Chicago.
